Each member receives a "username" and "password" that they choose themselves. The username is personal and is not granted to more than one member. The user alone is responsible for choosing and protecting their password and not sharing it with anyone else. Taker is not responsible for any problems that may arise from password use.
By using the site, you warrant that any personal information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will update it immediately upon any change. You may not register multiple memberships under the same person, or impersonate any other party.
You may not use the site for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, including:
All Taker content, code, trademarks, and images (including Taker Channels, Taker GO, Taker Flow, Taker Grow, and the Taker logo) are the exclusive property of Doc Information Technology Delivery Co. and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
Any material or comments you post on the site are considered non-confidential and grant Taker the right to use them for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.
Billing runs monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except in specific cases set out in the service agreement. Taker reserves the right to suspend service for late payment.
Taker provides the service "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taker is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh.
